En esta unidad conoceremos los elementos del paisaje natural y los de los transformados por las personas, las actividades humanas que lo cambian y los fenómenos naturales que también influyen. Estudiaremos los paisajes de España.. • Landscapes are different because they have different types of relief features: mountains, vegetation, rivers,lakes, plains…
• In every landscape there are natural elements and man- made elements like roads, fields, buildings, factories, bridges…
• Landscapes change because of human activities, such as farming, industry, transport and traffic, can damage landscapes.
• Landscapes deteriorate because of deforestation, pollution and excessive construction.
• Deforestation: people cut down trees for wood and to make space for farmland.
• Pollution: is the release of harmful substances into the air, water or land.
• Excessive construction: buildings and roads can destroy woods and natural spaces.
